FINANCES




The GACA finance team chaired by the Honorary Treasurer is responsible for all financial matters including budgeting, fundraising, and disbursement of funds as approved by the Executive Committee.


To enable GACA the to fulfil its objectives each participating Each GACA member shall be obligated to consistently make regular financial contributions as evidence of commitment to building in unity and fellowship.


The finance team will be charged with the responsibility of determining such contributions.


The Executive shall ensure that at all times GACA Bank Account is maintained with a either a commercial bank or a building society of their choice.


The Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, General Secretary, Honorary Treasurer and Administrative Secretary shall be the signatories to the said account.


Three of the five shall be mandated to make enquiries about, transact and operate the account.
